Battery great for headphones
This item worked perfectly for my headset which I use to watch tv. However, I was quite surprised that it came in a big box when it could easily have fit into a padded envelope. Lots of wasted packaging.

Last less than 3 months
The very poor-quality battery last less than 3 months. The battery is the only item missing from the shipment, so I have to "refund" the item never shipped and reorder it.

A good useful battery
I ordered another one of these batteries thinking I needed a spare. I didn't, but it works fine as do the others that came with my headset. Now I own three good batteries.

Battery is expensive and not covered under warranty.
Initial batteries received with headphones lasted less than 6 mos.Simolio’s name is on the battery but it’s not covered by their warranty on the headphones.This is the only battery you can use for headphones which are useless when the Battery fails.

THE SPARE BATTERY IN THE HEADPHONE BASE WAS DEFECTIVE. AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT WAS NO HELP. I CHATTED WITH 6 PEOPLE TOTAL AND ENDED UP HAVING TO BUY A BATTERY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED FREE. CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT JUST SHUFFLED ME FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER WITH NO HELP. THEY ALL APPEAR TO BE INCOMPETENT AND UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE SOLUTION - SEND A REPLACEMENT BATTERY.

dieser Ersatz war leider notwendig
Der passende Kopfhörer wurde seinerzeit mit 2 Akkus geliefert. Leider war einer davon nun kaputt und es musste Ersatz her. Ich bin froh, hier Ersatz gefunden zu haben. Aber andere Akkus gleicher Größe und Kapazität, z.Bsp. für ältere Digitalkameras o.ä. werden für wesentlich geringere Preise angeboten. Deshalb erschließt sich für mich nicht, warum dieser Akku ca. 20 € kosten muss - aber ich benötige ihn jedoch!

the battery does not fit my machine.
I’m sure the battery is alright but it not the right one for my hearing machine. it’s thicker than the one i have.I only opened recently and would like to send it back for one that would suit my hearing machine.if you had the thinner one that would fit my hearing machine that would be brilliant.
