I put protien powder, almond milk, and organic fruits and vegetables in to my Nuttri bullet and blend it. or you can use your favorite blender and drink it with the pytoceramides. Take other vitamins as well. Don't expect your skin to glow and expect the pytoceramides to work rapidly when your smoking cigarettes or weed.
