Comprehensive multivitamin
Excellent multivitamin, so many vitamins and minerals in it, tailored for the adult over 50. Highly recommend. We use solar for the majority of our supplements including probiotics. Easy to swallow and no after taste. For women you will need to add calcium, but I prefer that, as I take more calcium than is in a multivitamin and this way I don’t overdo the calcium.

Great absorb ability
Love this product. I’ve been using it for quite a while now, and love the fact that it’s so easily digestible. I never quite trust tablets for vitamins as you really never know how well it is digested in your system and therefore you never know how well various vitamins and minerals are actually being absorbed by your body. The fact that these are granules in a capsule ensure complete digestibility and absorption. I would never stop taking these as I feel they are being very helpful to my overall health. I definitely can’t recommend them enough. Try them. I think you’ll find that will be immensely..

Solaray - best suppliment out there
Solaray. I have been using Solaray for 25+ years. It was recommended to me by Mr. East Coast (80s time line) body builder who is a friend of mine and who is caucious about what he puts in his body. He had done a lot of reseach on suppliments so I trust him.Its a power so disolves quickly. Lots of natual ingredients from the souce. The only brand supplements I use.
