Thanks, Easter Bunny :(
I happily ordered these ridiculously expensive "chocolate-like" bunnies so that my two young (ages 3 and 5) granddaughters with dairy allergies could have them for their Easter baskets. I ordered them last year directly from the company, they arrived in beautiful condition, and the girls loved them. This year, unfortunately, I saw that Amazon carried them, so I ordered from Amazon. They arrived this morning. Two major problems:1. Package not marked as "perishable". Deliveryman left it on steps in full sun. Luckily, we were at home and saw it within an hour, so no significant melting occurred. What if we had been away from home all day?? Reading the comments, I see that this has happened to others. Wouldn't you think this issue would have been corrected, based on those comments?2. Two chocolate bunnies were ordered. One was slightly ajar in its container, but not damaged. The other was broken, upside-down in its container, with the surface all marked up and completely damaged. It really seems as if the damage occurred before shipping, but they went ahead and sent it anyway.Totally unacceptable! These were ordered for two little girls for their Easter baskets. Which one should get the crappy-looking broken one???I see no point in trying for a return/exchange, since chances are the next one will arrive damaged as well. With one week left, I'll have to try to search locally for a replacement, or else blame it all on the Easter Bunny.

Easter was saved!
Now that we are a non-dairy, non-peanut home. And the baby in family is now old enough to want everything that his older brother has, I searched for such qualifying items for their easter baskets. These arrived quickly and so well packed. There was even a cold pack in there to keep them cool. I did worry about them melting since we had been reaching above 80 degree temps here in Vegas. They were so cute and in perfect condition. I can't wait to see the boys faces when they see them. We'll be ordering again from them the next time we need our chocolate fix. Thanks for the cute bunnies!Update: 2014. I purchased these again for Easter. They came totally all melted, and this year they didn't come with an ice pack. I ordered these several weeks before Easter, I guess their ship time is not as quick anymore, I was not able to reorder and just ship this one back in time to get a replacement for Easter, even after explaining this to the company via email (no special treatment for bad packing)...so no bunnies for this kids this year. After some emails to the company, and lack of empathy responses. I was finally able to get my money back. Still the chocolate is good, and I will order from them again, but this time, I will order 2 months in advance instead of 1 month, and I will demand that they ship it with an ice pack....to 95 degree Vegas (in March).

Tastes like real chocolate! Packed perfectly!
I normally don't write reviews but had to take the time for this one!I was hesitant to order because of some of the bad reviews here. However I'm glad I took the chance. We have two dairy allergy kids, one gluten free and one severely allergic peanut allergy kid. Our peanut allergy kid and our dairy allergy kids NEVER had a "chocolate" easter bunny before. As a kid this was a huge part of my easter basket growing up and I really wanted my kids to experience the joy of one as well.First off it was amazing to find something they can all have! Second these cute little bunnies came perfectly packed, not broken and not melted. Third, the joy on my kids faces this easter morning was priceless. And my heart melted as they bit into their first "chocolate" easter bunnies!Last, these bunnies taste great, melts just like real chocolate! If you are a parent of allergic kids, this is definitely worth the money to have your child experience "chocolate" easter bunnies on easter morning! One happy momma of 4 allergic children!Thank you!

Ordering these for everyone’s baskets next year!
A really good sized chocolate bunny! And such adorable packaging. Perfect for Easter. I haven’t eaten dairy chocolate in a year so I may not be the best judge for dairy-free milk-chocolate taste testing but I really enjoyed it! I could tell that it’s all sorts of “free” (dairy, nut, gluten...) which is the only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars. I’ll DEFINITLY order these for everyone’s baskets next year!

... and Easter Bunnies have always been one of his favorite chocolate things so I decided to take a chance
I almost didn't buy one of these because so many reviewers were saying that it came broken and/or melted but my husband is new to the dairy free thing and Easter Bunnies have always been one of his favorite chocolate things so I decided to take a chance. It came all in one piece and not melted at all. The chocolate was great, very very sweet but still great. Franky will an annual tradition in our house I'm sure!

What happened??
I am a big fan of the Premium Chocolatiers products. Their chocolate is dairy free and is very good! I have ordered many of this companies products from Amazon and never had a problem. This is the first time I have gotten a melted product. I'm not happy. There was no heat warning in the description.
