I cannot say enough about this product and I cannot be without it. I always suffer from horrible leg cramps and since taking this every day, leg cramps are few and far between. I had one in the fall and one in the winter and believe me that's nothing compared to what I used to have. This is the most highly recommended product. I would never be without it.

I can't give it 5 stars because of the nature of my issues. Took it in the evening before bed, and then again in the morning for eye twitching issues. Previously, I've used tonic water which contains quinine to treat the issue, and it usually takes about a night, but it requires drinking like 1-2 liters of the stuff. So I figured I'd try it in this pill form.It didn't seem to have much effect the first night, but part way through the next day I was getting 10/10 scale throbbing nerve headaches in my left ear and behind my ear that lasted most of the day. I've never had that reaction before, so I'm guessing I'm just sensitive to large doses of quinine in general.As far as effectiveness, i can't really judge as I only used it for 24 hours. Not bad value I guess. 2 pills per "dose". Didn't affect my sleep quality, and didn't have a flavor.

These are excellent for treating "restless legs syndrome" when taken hour before bedtime. But I also recommend taking about 400 MG of magnesium and 250mg of potassium along with the quinine. These minerals are important for relaxing muscles and helping the brain to release the endorphins and sleep enzymes one needs for relaxing sleep. I've been using quinine for going on two years. This is my second reorder of this particular brand. I find it a good buy, it is always well packaged and although I have to wait a few extra days for delivery, I find it a reliable source of peaceful sleep after suffering years of sleeplessness. I highly recommend it to anyone suffering cramps. I also recommend ordering it in the rwo bottle bulk pack, as it is better packaged and will arrive in pristine shape.
