Diamond Naturals Large Breed Adult Dry Dog Food, Chicken & Rice, 40lb

When this is available, it’s what I get for my great Pyrenees and Australian Shepherd. They really like it and prefer it over any of the brands that I’ve had to get from any of the local big pet stores or box stores.

My dog, MO, really likes this company's dog food crunches. He eats the chicken and rice formula. I've tried other brands of chicken and rice formula food that disagreed with his digestion. He didn't have a lot of energy and pass gas. I had changed the brands of dog food after 8 months of eating them with the same issues. Mo is a 3 year old Silver Standard Poodle who is not a picky eater. Since we changed his food to Blue Diamond Naturals he has a lot more energy, no gas or burping. I'm glad we finally found this dog food. I've subscribed to regular purchases and highly recommend dog lovers to buy this for their fur babies.

I have two girls from the same litter, AmStaff/French Mastiff's. They have been on Diamond Naturals Large Breed for 4 years, so I can say with some authority that this is a great food. I have worked in pet stores in the past and found that it was common for AmStaff breeds to have allergies to certain ingredients, usually the fillers in cheaper foods. This is not to say that every one of them has these allergies, it was just a common theme I came across. Diamond Naturals doesn'thave those fillers. Your dog can eat the correct amount of food and be satisfied without constantly begging for more. My girls have healthy coats, teeth and no allergies to this food. Also, if you have a dog that weighs over 50lbs, I would always suggest to get the Large Breed food. These have more Glucosamine and Chondroitin and will help those large breed dogs have a longer happier life. Personally, I like the price point on Diamond Naturals compared to similar foods. It's a healthy food without breaking the bank for two large girls, 86lbs and 73lbs. Hope this helps

I have been feeding this food to my great Danes for 10 years and it is a great dry dog food. My dogs look amazing. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely luv this dog food, my dog has healthy bowel movements, he was messing my house while I was at work, now he's better😊but he still like chkn breast pieces mixed in, it has no smell, but it's effective for his diet, it isn't soft, but for a large dog good quality

No issues with the food. My dogs seemed to like it. Was easy on there stomachs when I switch over.

My lab mix (75lbs) has been on and off this food since she was a wee pup. She tore her ACL last fall and ended up losing a significant amount of weight.. At the time she was on a different brand of food, as well. I’d add brown rice, an egg and glucosamine tabs to every meal for about 3-4 weeks and saw absolutely zero results. About 6 weeks ago now I decided to re-research this brand (she’s not picky, will eat anything) and saw that other people have been in similar situations and this helped with the weight gain (PLUS A GOOD AMOUNT OF GLUCOSAMINE) Decided to put her back on this that same day (transitioning, of course).. Has gained 8lbs in the last 6 weeks, (vet said all is good because of how much she lost) healthy weight again but can still add some more but at a slower pace. Anyway, I highly recommend this food! The ingredients could be better but that’s every bagged dog food there is. Love the protein and glucose percentages.

My dog loves this food. Very high quality ingredients with K-9 approval.
