More than a micellar - can’t imagine using anything else!
This is my new favorite micellar - it’s so good. I was a bioderma fan, but decided to look around since the risk of its xylitol with my pups just made me too anxious. I’ve loved all of the DE products I’ve tried, so I gave this a go - it’s spectacular and unlike any other micellar out there. I have dry, mature skin, and this is an effective cleanser while also leaving my skin so soft and hydrated. I’ve already purchased a second bottle and subscribed. It is a little pricey for a cleanser but it’s really more than that with its creamy base, and quality ingredients, such as marula oil, vitamin e, and ceramides. It’s really moisturizing and a fantastic prep for my other products. I can’t imagine using anything else now that I’ve found this. If you’re on the fence, just try it - you won’t regret it.

Good
I like this product. It’s really good to use after washing your face and if you use it before vit C serum from the same company burning sensation is really tiny. When I don’t use this lotion,my skin burns after applying vit C serum. ( I have no allergy on this vit C, but have a sensitive skin). Lovely lotion, mild and milky.

Smooth and soothing
I’m a huge fan of Drunk Elephant products and I’ve used their products for years. This product is exactly what I was looking for and this is the second time I’ve ordered it. I love how milky and creamy it goes on my skin and it leaves my face feeling clean and moisturized with no drying effects. There’s no tight feeling whatsoever and it makes my serum apply more easily. It has no odor and it lasts a long time. Some of the reviews reported that it’s hard to apply but I don’t have any problem with it. I use a oval shaped cotton face pad because it’s larger than a regular round one and I just cup it in my hand and pour it into the middle. That way I’m not wasting any of it. I just love how smoothly it applies and how clean my skin feels. It also is a great eye makeup remover that is gentle with no tugging and more importantly, no dryness. I highly recommend giving this a try. It’s a creamy, thick and milky texture. I hope this helps you out with your decision.

decent stuff, but it takes work
This makeup remover was recommended on a beauty site I trust. I'm not sure it's worth the fairly high price. However, I'm glad it's animal friendly, and that its ingredients are "clean." This product works well on blush, concealer, and lipstick. However, to remove mascara, eyeliner, and eyebrow pencil takes more work than, say, using a baby or olive oil, or petroleum jelly. What I learned from using it is this: First, apply the remover to your lashes, eyeliner, and eyebrows (I use a cotton swab or small brush). Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to soften the mascara, liner, & eyebrow pencil. Second, after waiting, gently rub your lashes & eyebrows with a plain cotton ball or square. This will remove some of the makeup. Third, to remove the rest of your eye makeup, soak a cotton ball with the product, and _then_ wipe your lashes and eyebrows in earnest. It seems you need to take the extra first step of softening the makeup, waiting, and only then wipe the makeup off .... I wish it'd work straight out of the bottle. I'll be returning to using olive oil as makeup remover.
