Cutest monkey ever
My grand niece loves monkeys & we did a Pink monkey theme for her 2nd Birthday. I was so happy I found this lil guy! When she saw him for the first time, her face was priceless! Then when we showed her she could wear it like a backpack, omg she absolutely loved it!

Corporate bureaucracy as it’s finest, don’t even bother it doesn’t work
I don’t know if this is an Amazon issue, or the petting zoo issue, but I bought these monkeys, I actually bought two of them, and I bought them because they made a specific sound. They arrived and of course neither one of them made a noise and the Amazon app that does not allow for a way for me to request assistance because Amazon app is not intuitive and does not work properly and there are bugs and so you end up sending absolutely the wrong message. Then I tried to contact the manufacturer of the product and they basically told me to go with God and to contact Amazon to try to get some help. So I suggest that you contact the petting zoo directly if you want to buy a monkey that makes an actual sound and do not try to go through Amazon because Amazon doesn’t allow you to send the item back nor it doesn’t allow you to indicate that the item that you got was missing parts it pretends that it does very well. It gives you the illusion to lead you down the rabbit hole thinking that you might actually be going in some direction where you might get some actual resolution, but then at the very end the app does not work. So I don’t know who to blame but I’m frustrated.
