Disappointed!

Ordered these to give my close friends and I’m so disappointed! Letters are either missing or coming off! Supposed to say “friends are always close to the heart” and one now looks like “lose to the heart “! It’s Christmas week and i have to figure out what to do! 😡😡

Great gift 🎁 idea for girlfriends when traveling!
