We want to give these to students from the pto. how many cards are "lovey" that we won't be able to use?

There are 10 cards. I did the same and did not use those.

Are these business card stock?

Almost. VERY slightly lighter. I love them . We also buy the colored envelopes to use with them. We give out with food pantry boxes or to friends who need a little cheer.
