Unfortunately not working properly
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I like this item very much for its small size. It makes it easier to bring in your backpack. Great travel size. Of course that is if you can deal with a much smaller screen and keyboard. Also certain keys are placed a bit differently than they would be on a larger sized keyboard. And, some key- functions that are available on regular sized keyboards, such as a "forward- delete" button does not seem to be available on this tablet's keyboard ( you can only delete backward as far as what I noticed).I am attaching a video review and I hope it is visible. The design is good. the regular-sized USB port is good. A lot of tablets only have micro-USB ports which means having to use an adapter.Sadly this tablet does not seem to be working in the best possible way even considering that it is inherently an economy model, at least price wise.It seems to have a longer response time after you click with the mouse or use the mouse pad. Also the arrow tends to move in a delayed way when you move the physical mouse. It seems to be slower than other small-sized tablets I have tried. Also as I demonstrate in the video it seems that when you place a flash drive in the USB port and then try to shrink the window by clicking on the middle "double square" on the upper right, the window shrinks but then you cannot see the list of contents in the flash drive and the screen just does not respond to clicks to expand the window or change it.I need to return this item. I would ask the seller or manufacturer to send me a tablet computer of this type that actually works as it should or refund my money.

The Mousepad It's not bad to have a responsive mousepad
I am actually using the Nextbook to write this review. After owning this for about four months I can attest that you definitely get a little bit more than you pay for, but not by much. Please forgive typos, as I am experiencing lag, I'll list out the pros and cons:Pros:1. The Price As a writer on a budget with a laptop that is too big to carry around or secure at work, money is definitely a deciding actor, This was right in my range, and I didn't have to worry about how much this was going to break my bank.2. Convenience While I am a writer, I also work two jobs. Both of which keep me away from home for long periods of time, and away from the aforementioned laptop. This tablet is small enough to fit in my purse and the keyboard itself is not too much of a hassle in the way of typing to use, just a little complicated when I have to use parenthesis and various other keys.3. Versatility The ability to go between a tablet interface and a normal desktop one is very handy, especially when you have to do certain things the require a desktop interface and can't be performed on a tablet one or vice versa. In one particular instance, I couldn't find the Kindle app on the available Microsoft store, and since I had to download it from Amazon it isn't recognized as an app. So every time I want to read a book on Kindle, I switch it to the desktop interface.-Cons:1. Performance Let me be very clear - THIS IS NOT MEANT FOR GAMING. The performance capabilities of this tablet are very limited; the OS was obviously not optimized for the tablet, and it shows in not only the lagged response time in some of the applications (Ranging from the light weight MS paint to the heavier duty OneNote) but shows in how it handles touch-screen input for hand-written notes and simple button presses. When you press a button on the screen it takes about three-quarters to almost one and a half seconds before the press is processed, Sometimes it won;t even process the press and you will have to press it multiple times. Where it lags the most, even in MS paint, is in how it handles writing. Normal writing speed is too fast and it will only draw a line with some curves, and the speed you can use while writing is so agonizing that you may as well stick to typing, however inconvenient that may be,2. The MousepadIt's not bad to have a responsive mousepad, but this is ludicrous. Many times during typing my fingers will be a half or quarter inch away from the pad and it will all of a sudden move my cursor and select another part of the page, effectively ruining what I was writing which forces me to waste time in trying to correct the mistake. As a writer, this is an annoyance I wish I could be free of but budgets are my rulebook. Another thing it does is when I swipe to the right on it will pull up a "Share" banner, which happens more times than it should. As far as I know, there is no way to disable this feature,3. Terrible memory 32 Gb might sound like it will be enough, but that's the amount BEFORE the OS and any updates. You only really have half of that to work with, and that amount continues to get smaller and smaller the more updates that are added to the OS. This, as a writer, is VERY frustrating, considering all of my work is on a cloud storage that I cannot access because I have insufficient memory to have even temporary files. You WILL need to get a MicroSD, but be careful which one you get! Only certain MicroSDs can be used in certain things and the manufacturers WILL void the warrenty on the MicroSD if you do not follow their strict guidelines.I will add more as time goes on and list the dates here:12/10/17This thing do slowed down to the point of being completely unusable, and according to Amazon I can't return it. Take my advice - move on! This thing is not worth the money!

Big computer in a little box
I'm not a big tablet type person, I really like computers, and this is the best of both worlds. Love that it has windows 10 rather than some tablet type operating system...this I can understand. I can use the keyboard, rather than an onscreen keyboard that takes up half the window, or I can detach it and use it like a touch screen tablet. It's perfect for business on the go. I can use my screenbeam, and watch movies from the internet on my TV. I can write my emails, visit friends on Facebook, send an invoice, move my money from account to account...it's a full range computer, in a little box....The only thing I don't like about it is that I can not see the keys well on the keyboard. The keys are a charcoal color and the writing is a dark gray.

save your money, and dont buy this.
I bought this tablet pc for my mom--she mainly uses it for internet browsing and reading ebooks. The tablet is HORRIBLE. It had charging issues within one month. I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the charger, which seems to help, but now the operating system keeps hanging, or shutting down several times a week--and this is only within 6 months!I am very very unhappy with this, and will never buy it again. The reviews seemed to suggest that its a great buy--take it from me, its now.

I actually really liked this laptop however there are minor issues in regards to the portrait and landscape view, i have tried many times to fix the portrait view into keeping it permanently landscape view however whenever an install triggers it'll automatically go to portrait and I have to adjust the settings again. Sometimes this happens when a new device is connected to the system otherwise the laptop/tablet hybrid works really well and is quite fast for it's size. A mouse is recommended for this tablet since the pad itself can be difficult to manage as well.
