I absolutely love my faucet. I’ve had the faucet for over 2 years. The toggle switch on the spray nozzle was stuck so I could switch between stream and spray. I contacted the company so I could buy a replacement and they sent one right away for free!! Even after the warranty period was over. Very friendly and prompt! If I even have another need for faucet I’m buying through them!

We want to install an under sink RO system for better drinking water quality but do not want to drill the counter top. This is a good solution as it keeps both in one installation. Saved up space and hustle to install another faucet.

If you’re looking for a high quality and functional solution to avoid drilling an additional hole in your granite countertop for filtered water, I highly recommend this one! We lost our filtered water faucet when we upgraded our kitchen countertop with granite. So when we decided to replace our RO filtration with a new under-counter system, I wanted to recoup the filtered faucet function but didn’t want to drill another hole. This wasn’t the first dual faucet we tried, but this is the one that made the final cut! The pressure is great. The spray, buttons and weight of the sprayer is excellent with the head snapping back into the holder after each use. I really loved the look of the faucet we replaced so this one had big shoes to fill and it hasn’t disappointed. The ability to use both non-filtered and filtered water at once is very nice. We learned the hard way that the height of the sprayer was a key factor for us, so look for that and verify measurements for your kitchen. Cheers to the design and functionality of this faucet!

this works perfectly for our sink area. this is the best faucet i’ve ever used and it is very efficient in how it’s used the right way. this is just what i was looking for and it’s one of the best investments for our new sink in the kitchen.. it’s just too nice and the functions of it are amazing once a person gets used to how it all works and how we needed to adjusted to how touchy how one function really can be. we will not complain over something we needing to adjust to each part of this faucet. it’s too nice lol…love what i picked out … it’s perfect for this sink and perfect for what we needing.

This is a great faucet for those that do not want to drill another hole into a granite countertop to install a secondary source of water (like from a Reverse Osmosis unit). Trust me, most plumbers do not drill into granite. You have to hire a granite countertop guy or do it yourself before installing a reverse osmosis water faucet.I was hesitant to order an unfamiliar Chinese brand but gave it a try since it avoided me hiring out and drilling another hole into about 1.5 inches of granite. The faucet quality was high for the $109 price. Had a heavy feel and the only obvious plastic was the flat part of the sprayer head (which you don't see unless you turn the sprayer head up). The unique thing is this allows you to run Reverse Osmosis water through the secondary faucet. Regular unfiltered or softened water goes through the main faucet.I'm fairly handy but I paid a plumber to install this faucet along with an R.O. system. Unless you are super handy with plumbing you might consider hiring out if you are installing an R.O. system at the same time. The faucet comes with lots of parts for various diameter feed tubes The plumber said he had to install it a bit differently than normal. It was all good as I have a good stream of R.O. water and the regular softened water has a great stream too. The instructions included in the box are pretty minimal so it can be daunting to a novice.The main faucet provides a normal stream as well as a spray stream. There is also a temporary shut off button on the faucet head. The sprayer head disconnects easily from the mount for hand spraying and both faucet arms rotate a full 360 degrees. The R.O. faucet works off a knurled knob and works with solid precision.Finally if your granite top only has one hole: you can install it without the flat cover plate (designed to cover three countertop holes). I didn't measure the exact diameter of the fitting into the granite (about 1.5") it did barely fit though. The plumber said our granite had a standard size drilled hole though.Bottomline: Appears to be a solid faucet that should give you at least 10 years of trouble-free service.UPDATE After 1 month. I upgraded from 4 stars to 5 stars. In reality probably 4 1/2 stars. Everything has worked well after the install. The stream quality is great. The company needs to get better instructions made. So far I'm super happy with it.

like the facility to have filtered water in the same faucet.the spring to conduct the water duct is hard to move.

I purchased this in brushed nickel, loved it. After we redid our kitchen and put in a huge black sink, we purchased again in matte black. We love the faucet. However, black PAINT is now coming off the faucet. Don’t know what to do. Very upset.

Spray switch got hard to press and then broke just shy of a year after install. Is there anyway to purchase a replacement spray head? Very good value for the money and I can have my filtered drinking water through the same faucet without the hassle of drilling the hole or putting another tap.
