This is a restaurant‑style scoop that’s been great for serving casseroles, rice, and similar foods at charity events. The #8 size is very practical for consistent portions, and the trigger works smoothly. It feels well made and holds up to repeated use without any issues. #8 would be considered a very large portion for a side, so some people may want to go a size smaller.

I have been baking for a couple of months now and this cookie scoop has been fantastic. As someone who used restaurant grade, this feels the same as the Volrath version without the cost. It size is perfect for making cookies and small biscuits, and the release rate is excellent. These are designed perfectly for right handed folks. I'm left handed and I have to use my left index finger to activate the lever. Everything just pops right out when you run the scoop under warm water between scoops. The handle grip feels solid in my hand and the quality is excellent, definitely built to last. I paid around $10 for it and it is a great value for the money. Durable, easy to clean, and simple to use, this scoop works exactly as intended.

Scoop and handle snapped right where it connects to the scoop upon first scoop. Seller was very generous and sent a replacement even after my return window.

I didn't realize it was going to be that huge (it's like the size of my whole palm) and I couldn't be happier. The clicky thing (I can't remember the name for it, works really well, however the scraper could be better. I'm not sure if it's not installed tight enough or what, but it doesn't cover the entire scoop and leaves some food behind. Doesn't bother me much as that means I get to eat that much more cookie dough, but I imagine it would if I needed something more precise

Used it once so far but seems to be a well made product. I was surprised what a 1/2 cup scoop is. I made muffins and had to take some of the batter out of the cup and place into another cup. I was using the large (6) muffin tin.

Gets the job done. No bells or whistles but hey, it's a portion scoop. I like it. Good price too.

0 stars. It broke instantly after one scoop. The lever that pushes the ice cream out flew off! Terribly made. my mom also ordered one and it arrived broken. Not a good product. It couldn’t handle one scoop. Hard to use. And it created a mess once the lever broke off! Wow SO BAD. Not worth your money at all. don’t order this!

Exactly what I needed and it came fast

Works perfectly for large ostmeal cookies or filling muffin tins. Will be buying a smaller one for Thumbprint cookies or meatballs.

Just what I wanted. Seems sturdy. Easy to handle. It doesn't hurt my arthritic fingers and wrists when I'm using it.

A baker friend recommend this style of scoop, and it is heavy duty. It lasts longer than the wilton's
