Can you use this for moonshine?

I have never done that but i am sure you can its goid yeast but depending on how much your making you probbably will need alot . its nade ti give you a higher alcohol content . my cider can put strong. Good luck

However, it's a very robust and reliable yeast strain. If you keep it stored in the foil packet at room temp it can stay viable for a long time with robust and reliable fermentation kinetics. Just don't expose it to air. It will lose viablity.
