Love it. Perfect. I’ve been looking for a sturdy one but not too oversized for the kitchen. I keep it on the counter because I use all the time. Durable easy to use and easy to clean

While this worked it was wonderful, but just after the warranty expired, the motor kept going, but the shaft connected to the motor stopped spinning. There is no information from Amazon or on the internet with contact information for Eurolux, only the name of a distributor that said after the warranty, I can send the unit to them for repair, but after my paying shipping both ways and the cost of the repair, I might as well buy a new one. So, while this juicer is great while it works, nobody should have to pay $150 evey 18 months for what is considered a top of the line juicer. Not worth it. No wonder you can't contact Eurolux. Stay away from all their products!

It works great, only drawback is if your processing a lot of oranges or lemons when the machine gets hot it shuts down for a cooling cycle.

However, this is where the excellent customer service came into play. Despite some initial concern, the one-year guarantee proved valuable. I engaged in a conversation with the seller through Amazon, detailing the problem. The response was swift and attentive. They asked for photos and some information about the issue, and without any hassle, they promptly shipped a replacement part.Surprisingly, the replacement part turned out to be an entire new juicer, minus the removable components. This unexpected bonus has left me with not one, but two fully functioning juicers. It's a testament to the seller's commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.This electric citrus juicer has become an integral part of our family's daily routine, providing us with delicious, fresh, and healthy juices with utmost convenience. Great addition to my kitchen

Bought this juicer Christmas 2023/24. Worked fine until yesterday 1/16/25 when internal motor gears appear to be stripped and now does spin the juicer part.
