Buffalo Games - Charles Wysocki - Mr. Swallowbark - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

I really enjoy putting puzzles together, especially when they area images by Charles Wysocki. His paintings are just, plain fun! I get caught up in all the activity going on, all the detail and the wonderful colors. I'm always a little sad when I put the last piece in. But of course, the great thing is, I can take it apart, and put it back together again, sometime! Also, I've never been disappointed with the quality of a Buffalo Games puzzle. Sturdy cardboard, clean cut puzzle pieces, and well printed images make putting these together a pleasure.

This purchase arrived within approx 3 weeks which was great. Price was good as was service. Purchase itself, the puzzle box is smaller than the original size ones but puzzles pieces are the original size. This does probably make it cheaper to freight but I do miss not having a big box lid as I follow the picture a lot when I do puzzles. It does include a large loose picture inside box. Was very glad to get these wonderful puzzles again at this great price and with prompt delivery. Will definitely get again.

After fifty (50) years as an avid and addicted "jigsaw puzzler" I must admit that in my "golden years" I have now become a Wysocki bigot... and will NOT do any other artist's puzzles. Over the past year and a half I have purchased 19 Wysocki 1000 piece puzzles and have been delighted with the quality of the Buffalo Games puzzles... UNTIL... March 3, 2021 (my most recent delivery from Amazon). In addition to this puzzle, "The Farm" I also ordered "Lilac Point Glen" and I have just completed both puzzles with great frustration and disappointment. Both puzzles had 2 missing pieces and "The Farm" had 2 duplicate frame pieces (exact color, shape and size of already used pieces)... the cut of the pieces was not as sharp as past puzzles and the thickness of the pieces seemed to be diminished. I was curious about what might have changed with Buffalo Games products so I pulled out all my Wysocki puzzle boxes to investigate. What I found was that the 2 puzzles I refer to with the problems as indicated above were the only 2 puzzles made in CHINA and all of my other Buffalo Games Wysocki 1000 piece puzzles were MADE IN THE USA. BEWARE: When buying online, unfortunately, the buyer cannot tell where the puzzle is made until after purchasing. On the side of the box bottom is the location of where the puzzle was made. Now Buffalo Games will "make good" on missing pieces... after completing a form online they will send you (within 60 days) a puzzle replacement (you get to choose from approximately 15 puzzles NOT all of them being Wysocki). While this is not the fault of Amazon it is important for them to know what is/has occurred. As stated above I am an avid and addicted "jigsaw puzzler" and a Wysocki bigot and therefore ordered 3 MORE puzzles this morning... I only wonder where will they be made and will all the pieces be in the box?????

I am a big fan of Buffalo Games jigsaw puzzles. They are of very good quality and color and last a long time. I do mine over and over. Charles Wysocki is a wonderful American artist.

The Farm was so interesting and fun to put together. Charles Wysocki puts so much detail in each piece, making the puzzle both challenging and rewarding. Buffalo game puzzles are very well-made. I once bought a puzzle on sale at the book store and all the pieces looked the same! It was so bad, I threw it away. Charles Wysocki and Buffalo Games make a great puzzle team.

Buffalo Games puzzles are high quality and include a poster. I have done many Wysocki puzzles and this is one of my favorite ones.

Bright and fun puzzle and ALL the pieces were in the box. I really enjoyed it. All the pieces are the same size, so that made it a little more challenging, but very enjoyable.

Well made. Degree of difficulty - medium. Picture has distinctive colors, easy to assemble.

I like the design and have always liked Charlene Wysocki puzzles. This puzzle has smaller pieces than my other ones by him. A lot of the pieces fit together with one another so it makes it extra difficult on pieces with a similiar design. Also there are pieces where they have the squiggly line instead of the regular puzzle piece style which I am not a fan of. Still a good puzzle but would not buy it again- seems cheap.

Big scam,puzzle in box was in homemade bag and wasn't the same as picture on the box. Picture on box was a homemade sticker of ordered puzzle. Not sure how Amazon let's them continue to sell scammed products

Buffalo Games makes a great quality puzzle, includes a paper copy of the picture that is bigger than the one on the box, and the Charles Wysocki designs are my favourite!

Pieces fit well and are sturdy. I love Wysocki puzzles.
