I'm not fond of the flavor (think baby asprin) but it does the job. Its not bad if mixed with juice.

Great product

This has been one of the most useful supplements I’ve added to my routine. The orange flavor is decent and easy enough to stick with, but the real reason I keep buying it is that it’s been a gamechanger for my digestion. It’s helped me feel a lot more regular and just better overall in that department. I also like that it seems to support my cholesterol goals, which makes it feel like it’s doing more than just one job. For me, this has been one of those simple products that actually made a noticeable difference. In 3 months of use, my total cholesterol went from 295 to 189. Triglycerides from 332 to 90. LDL from 168 to 109.

This psyllium powder is highly effective in regulating bowel movements and may also help lower blood lipids. It’s a healthy option as it contains no sugar. However, the key to its effectiveness lies in the way you consume it. Place the powder in a small shaker glass, add water, and shake it a few times. Then, drink it immediately. If you stir it with a spoon, it will form a gel-like consistency and become difficult to drink.

I was taking this stuff with 8 oz of water straight for a couple weeks then I thought to put a little bit of cinnamon in there and it made it a lot easier to tolerate. It's still not great because it's kind of like drinking sand but at least it doesn't taste as terrible anymore. It still doesn't taste great but the cinnamon cuts the bad taste down a little bit. I bought the orange version not realizing that it only has 3 grams instead of 5 grams of fiber per serving. I wish I would have seen that before ordering but it does taste way better than the unflavored version. I do think once I finish the orange flavored version, I'll probably switch back in flavor it myself so I don't have to take it as often.

Sprinkle in slowly while slightly shaking the glass of liquid, and there will be complete dissolving with no lumps.

The powder form does not blend with liquid easily. It turns lumpy. I plan to start using an electric mixer to see if it does the trick.
