Disappointed
This warmer really disappointed me. It did not keep my coffee hot, more like barely warm. Instructions said it worked best with a glass cup so I bought one, didn't make a differences. If you like your coffee barely warm then this would work for you, if not don't buy this warmer.

Works very well using a proper USB port
It keeps my coffee quite warm - so long as it is plugged into the back of my docking station! According to the tag on the USB plug (which came off, but not before I took a photo): "In order to achieve the best effect of the thermal insulation experience Please ensure that the output power of the computer USB is greater than or equal to 24." When plugged into a port with sufficient power, it keeps my coffee pleasantly hot/warm in any of my three ceramic mugs I use at work, all of which have concave bottoms. The time I plugged it into the laptop itself, however, the heating was very weak. The surface is large enough to hold the 4 cup coffee carafe itself, and plenty large for the mugs.

good USB heater
can be used with various wall adapter USB 1amp. 1.5amp, 2.1amp with the latter, my IR thermometer read the surface temperature to be 100c so this thing can get really hotI wished the heat is more evenly distributed in all surface. right now it seems the hottest part is only in the middle and drastically have a much lower temperature on the outside.

No lip so you can warm your teapot!
I really like this product but it should only be used if your laptop stays stationary or if you have an USB extender. I purchased this because I wanted something for my small teapot and the other warmers have a lip and prevent use of anything larger than a coffee cup. It keeps my teapot hot and I enjoy using it.

stylish but doesn't keep temperature
This warmer's look is very stylish. Unfortunately it is the only its advantage.I'm using small thin glass teapot for it. The surface is really hot but it looks like it is not enough even to hold the temperature. All that warmer can do is let the coffee to cool down a little bit slowly. So the coffee will cool down not for 10-15 minutes but for 20-25.

Does not heat at all. I bought 2 and they are powered by dedicated 5v USB power supply (not a hub) and they still fail to keep the coffee warm!!!

Big Disappointment!!
Claims of 150 degrees - Actual Luke warm. I bought this because the claim of high heat were consistent with it being the highest priced warmer that I could find on the market. Big mistake!! Worse than the $9.99 model I am trying to replace. I should have listened to the reviews.
