After installing the shield, are all the functions accessible through the camera available before installing the shield ?

Not all functions/settings will be available if you are referring to those that can be accessed through the touch screen display. This is so when using the clear backdoor. The skeleton backdoor allows the same access as without the housing.

Is the lens covering of the hard case hydrophobic like the one for Hero10?

No its not but if you spray it with maguires ceramic coating it will be for quite a while. Reapply as needed. Works great

Does this case fit with the GoPro that has a template glass protection for the screens?
