The product description says this is for boys 4-7. Can girls use it as well, or is there a separate edition for girls?

Other than the description saying boys. The tracks are plain wood. Once out of the box it shouldn't matter.

Does anyone have issues with the bridge not staying together on one end?

No issues for us. We've had it for a while now too. The only issues I have had are with some of the wooden parts not fitting quite right, like very tightly at times. I wish that the cuts had been made better on the connecting parts.

Are these comparable with the Kid Kraft wooden tracks?

Yes, they work great with the kid craft train table and track. That’s what my daughter uses them with.
