My daughter needed a bigger bike, and this was perfect. Came mostly set up already. It's been one year since we purchased it, and it's still going strong. She's seven, and the size is pretty perfect now especially with a seat that can raise or lower with a tool. Training wheels keep it upright, but it is a little heavier than I expected, not too bad though. Cost is reasonable. Brakes work great!

My daughter loves this bike. She got it for her 9th birthday. It was easy to put together. It has all the tools you need. I read some reviews that said their wheels were warped so that was the first thing I looked at when I unpacked her bike for assembly. No issues. We are happy with the purchase.

Arrived with front wheel slightly warped. All Amazon can do is accept return and give refund. I contacted Joystar on line and received no reply. While there, I registered the purchase for warranty and received an acknowledgment but what good is a warranty if they don't reply about a problem? This is a Christmas present so I need to at least have it under the tree. It has now been 3 days since I messaged Joystar for help. I may put it back in the box and return it after Christmas if I cant get it resolved by then. At least I can depend on Amazon to stand behind their sales. Updated to 4 stars from 2 because after posting my review I was contacted by seller later that night. They said they couldn't find my original message left on their website. They offered to reimburse the bill if I wanted to take the bike to a bike shop to have the wheel tuned.

This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased. This is what I get for buying a product made in China. It is so bad I can't even give it away. The trash man didn't even want it. The wheels\rims are warped, the front forks ae crooked and every part on the bike is very cheap. Don't expect your daughter to ride this thing because it is absolutely horrible. There is nothing good about it. Don't waste your money.

Purchased: JOYSTAR 12 Inch. Color Pink Kids Bike with Coaster Brake & Training Wheels for Ages 3-7 Years, 85% Assembled for my Great Granddaughter for Christmas. The assembly instructions were a bit vague when putting the handle bars on. It does not show you that you have to remove the cap on the base of the bike then slide the handle bars in. Other than that the bike went together easy and my Great Granddaughter is having a great time riding it. She is 3, 36.93 inches tall and inseam is 15 inches. Sizing chart was a great tool for getting the right size bike.

Great sturdy bike, easy to assemble, the instructions were easy to follow. The bike is a bit heavy for me but good durability. I only have to say that the price was a bit steep.

I’ve been on a hunt for a 20” bike with training wheels for my 7 year old daughter since April 2025. I bought several bikes from Walmart (cheaper in price) but the quality was terrible plus I had to buy training wheels separately which was a total fail as they never balanced properly on the bike. I had to make several returns!! Since finding this gorgeous bike, my daughter has been in love 🥰 Everyday she wants to ride her bike. All the parts came, nothing was destroyed or missing, it even came with letter stickers so you can personalize your bike with your name. The training wheels are STURDY and both wheels touch the ground (super important). The seat adjusts pretty high but we don’t need it adjusted as yet otherwise my daughter is on her tippy toes. The bike is GREAT quality, and easy to put together if you watch the YouTube video. The handle bars are secure and I put this together myself and had a local bike shop tighten all the screws just to be safe. Overall, awesome bike, awesome purchase for the summer!! If you’re thinking about it, just buy it😉

Simple to assemble. Nice looking bike. Birthday present for my 7 yr old grandson. He loved the bike! That was the most important of all.

Really nice bike. Well built. Easy to assemble other than the front brake needed a bit of tweaking. Overall, really happy with this purchase. MOST important, my son is super happy with this bike.
