Tafseer Ibn Kathir: Volume 1

a perfect and detailed tafseer book! It includes Hadiths, translations and a detailed explanation of every verse which is extremely important for understanding the Quran. Highly recommend this book to all those who want to know what the glorious Quran is about. I'm taking Urdu tafseer classes online and following this book in English and it's making the understanding so easy.

Excellent Tafseer

I read that Ibn Kathir was blind. Amazing how he wrote such great books.

I bought three volumes based on the reputable of Ibn Kathir, but am very disappointed. I wanted to look up a specific surah and ayah for halaqa, but there is no table of contents, no index, no separation of surahs. It just runs on and on like on long sentence for all three volumes.

I bought two volumes ( volume 1 and volume 10 ) and I am disappointed with this order, specifically two things will stand out immediately :1. where are the contents? the Chapter Headlines? no details, no index, etc.2. this is an outright copy of a copy, it was taken to a photocopier machine and was copied that way.Please Do Not advertise this book as a legit paperback, cause that is an outright insulting
