I miss pancakes. It's one of the many things you loose once you get stuck in a gluten free, corn free, soy free, dairy free diet. As you can imagine, with all those allergies, it's hard to find enjoyable food to eat. This pancakes feel heavy, they don't go as well with fruit, and are much more expensive, particularly than the regular flour version. Aldis has a version I can bring home for $3 a box, that version is lighter. Usually I mix both, as I need more protein in my diet anyhow. But this is way better than no pancakes at all. I had to go 6 years with no pancakes and I'm glad to have options

The media could not be loaded.  I love this stuff but if u don't have milk don't make it,it will look like liquid not pancake mix.

They taste a little different than regular pancakes, but they’re still really good. However, they are NOT very good leftover. The consistency/texture is great when they’re fresh, but not very good leftover. I wouldn’t recommend making pancakes to freeze with this product.

The pancakes taste good but in the ingredients would be better if they don’t put cane sugar and corn syrup otherwise I love it it’s gluten-free and it’s healthy maybe they can make it without sugar and corn syrup

Next time I, please order make sure the expiration date is Not one month away from the time of purchase like the 3 boxes I just received. “ Not Nice”Other than that I love the product, it’s very healthy I’ve already ordered 5 boxes. Again please check for expiration dates on my next order.

I do like this product's taste, but the portions are huge! I found that for a single pancake, I had to cut the ingredients down to about 25% of the recommended serving size. I do not think I'll order this again, just because I think it was a bit costly for what I got.
