I love things that aren’t just made of plastic. I got exactly what I saw in the picture. It’s simple to use and looks super nice too!I’ve been wanting one of these for a while too so I’m pumped to have one. It’s just a few sheets of bamboo so hello easy cleaning. Lol. This was the biggest game changer so I suggest it for anyone who eats a lot of tofu.

Having never used a tofu press and new to experiencing tofu, this press did the job. I must admit that the stainless steel hardware is a little cumbersome due to how many individual pieces there are. For a first time press and new tofu, this definitely does the job.

Calls for wing nuts, screws and washers but washers are missing. So I have to return this item just for washers???? What a hassle

Cracked on first use. I tightened the wing nuts until snug, waited about 10 minutes for the tofu to drain, then snugged the wing nuts a bit more, and the bottom tray with the drain slots cracked.I backed off the wing nuts a bit, waited about another 10 minutes, then slowly tightened a little more. It continued cracking.Poorly made.

Love this thing, but the twist tabs kinda hurt my fingers when I’m pressing my tofu. But the product works wonderfully. I plan on getting one for my mom.
