Love it more than the Power XL model I had
I've been using Power XL air fryers for the last 8 years. I got the first one as a gift, and four years later the non-stick coating of the cooking basket was flaking off so bad, I had to finally give in and get a new one. Again, I got a Power XL because I read so many conflicting reviews about other brands that I didn't want to chance it, I just stuck with what I knew. The second Power XL was fine, worked just like the first one, but conked out at about 3 or 4 years in and wouldn't turn on. At first, I was going to just get another Power XL but did some research, saw the Corsori and thought I'd give it a try. This Corsori model is smaller than I'm used to, but I love how it cooks! My chicken wings never got crispy in my Power XL no matter how much I pat the wings dry, or lightly sprayed them with olive oil, or made sure not to crowd them. But in this Corsori, not only did they get crispy, but for some reason, at the same temperature, they cooked in half the time! Power XL has chicken time pre-set at 40 minutes and we would turn the wings over after 20 minutes to brown the other side. Corsori cooks the wings in 21 (or 23) minutes. And they were done! I also love the ease of use - the controls are very intuitive and you don't have to read the manual to figure it out. I've only had it for a few days, and have only cooked wings in it so far, but already, I enjoy using it and the results more than the two Power XLs I had prior.

Game changer
So, after hearing so many good things about air fryers, I decided to take the plunge. I honestly didn’t expect my food to taste much different. So wrong! I suddenly like pork chops (and I never liked pork chops). Beyond the fact that my food tastes so much better, let’s talk about the ease of cooking and cleaning this. I don’t have to stand there watching over my food (I’ve mostly made chicken and pork, so far). I just pop it in, halfway through the fryer alerts me to flip and in less than 15 minutes, scrumptious food awaits me. In the meantime, I’m cooking veggies on the stove (although they could easily be made in this air fryer ahead of time). This particular size is perfect. Doesn’t take a lot of room on my counter (and wouldn’t take up a lot of room in a cabinet if you don’t want to leave it out). And, so very easy to clean. I did run it through a couple of “warm up cycles” (after washing it first) when it arrived to get rid of the new cookware factory smell (which is not strong, don’t understand why some people have commented otherwise). And this didn’t break the bank (I researched a few different ones that were higher $$). Try it, you’ll like it!

Truly Can't Imagine The Premier/Expensive Brands Being Better
BOTTOM LINE....BUY THIS WITH 100% CONFIDENCE THAT YOU WILL LOVE IT. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. While the following is positive and absolutely does represent my feelings it is also for fun and hopefully some chuckles because quite frankly writing reviews can get a bit boring when I'm trying to do anything besides my actual work... This is my second Cosori air fryer; I genuinely, and I don't say that lightly, genuinely can't think of any real complaints outside of the fact that what has seemingly brought the most joy to my life in recent years hasn't been a human counterpart but rather a kitchen appliance that I'm hoping has the longevity to last the remainder of my life with me... Oddly enough (very odd), this baby has resulted in cooking being added to my list of interests and if I may say so myself it has also been added to my list of things that I absolutely dominate. The PREHEAT function is a great feature to have. The ability to make almost everything I can even think of cooking exponentially better while also making it easy enough that both the cavemen and myself could do it is also a FANTASTIC feature to have. I suppose if I was going to say any one thing that doesn't sound like it belongs in a Hallmark card (that come to think of i should pick one up for my special little air fryer) it would be that you should not get yourself too excited about the "Smart" features and how it integrates with Alexa and Google Assistant allowing for voice commands. I'm guessing these are features that in all probability have only been utilized by those unfortunate enough to lack most if not all of their limbs (and while I absolutely admire their drive, determination, and fight to be self sufficient I absolutely cannot in good conscience condone their use of air fryers and other appliances that pose a serious threat to their lives...just leave the cooking to the person who Home & Garden magazine described as "someone who is as grossly delusional as they are a sub-par cook/human being and embarrassment to their family". Never have such accurate, eloquent words been used to describe me, all but confirming that the self-proclaimed master chef admired by all is exactly who I think I am... However, much in the same way that Kevin Durant's mother was his real MVP I'd have to admit that Cosori is my real MVP... (yes for those of you still here I just compared the contributions and sacrifices that KD's mother made for him allowing him to win the 2014 NBA MVP award and flourish into one of the greatest scorers and players in the history of the game to the contributions that my air fryer has made for me allowing my cooking skills to flourish into those of a single mother slaving around the kitchen cooking enough for a family of six while simultaneously facing the sad reality that I am, and probably always will be cooking (and subsequently cleaning) for one). Thanks for joining me and if you were strange enough to enjoy this review of the 5-star wifi enabled Cosori Dream Maker Air Fryer Deluxe 3000 then you should check out my blog that I've been seriously considering creating one day after some recent and very motivating pep talks from my air fryer....

Fast. Easy. Delicious healthy food!
Best purchase of my last five years. With two young adult teens living with me a single working parent, they learned real quick how to cook in it. Is a blessing cause now they are into eating healthier. I have more time for myself since cleaning is a breeze. But you are not sacrificing taste for none of that. Amazing chicken, pork loin, sweet potato fries, fish and shrimps... anything! Marinate your meats and come home and in a few minutes a real tasty restaurant like meal in minutes! While you wait with a glass of wine somewhere else cause she will let you know to your iPhone if food needs to turn over or is ready. I can be at work and she will message me so I know my kids are using it and I make sure when food is ready that they clean it or just spray the baskets with hot water and toss them in the dishwasher. I spend less time in cooking and cleaning. All foods come out right on and there are thousands of recipes online. Great buy! Totally recommend.

Great Air fryer
Works just like my last one, I like the removable basket, it's the only one like it, great design. Don't expect to get more than a couple years out of any air fryer, I use mine daily, especially if you run greasy food through them. I've had multiple brands this one being my favorite but none of them last more than a couple years.

Only one issue in over 3 years of use.
EDIT: After about 4 and a half years and extensive cooking, I finally have a problem. After cooking for about 10 minutes, I pulled the basket out. The plastic attaching the handle to the basket melted, the basket fell to the floor and all I had in my hand was the handle. The basket had also warped. So, I had to order a new basket. It was a very good unit up until that point. I do love this thing. It has been so handy for things like chicken and sausage and I'd buy this again if I needed to. I use this thing at least a couple of times a week for over 3 years. The only issue I've had is very recently the coating on the basket has started to come off. It's only going to get worse from here and I'll need to buy a new basket. Note: I've never cleaned this with anything harsh (there's no need to because it's so easy to clean) and I've never put it into a dishwasher.

Very happy, retired mu George Foreman
I retired my Foreman after 15 years of use. The air fryer is so much easier to clean. And another benefit, meat comes out very juicy. Once I plugged the air fryer in and did a test cook with thick pork loin chops I realized it is easy to use. I have also cooked chicken breasts, an 8 oz sirloin (at the risk of losing my man card), and buffalo wings. All cooked very well and were tastey. The buffalo wings came out perfect. I used cook times from a 3rd party recipe. The only caveat is the preset cook times leave meats under cooked. No biggy, push the basket back in, set the temp and cook for a few more minutes. The meats I have cooked have been fairly thick. So I am very happy with it so far. Like anything new a little intimidating at first, but after I used it once it became very easy to use. So far the cell phone app working over home wi-fi has worked flawlessly.
