This item is OEM material, and after installation, my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer hums like a dream.

Installed this Set of 6 Ignition Coil Packs and Iridium Spark Plugs on my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer (4.2L LL8), and the results were immediately noticeable. Coil resistance values were consistent across all six units, and each coil seated firmly with proper boot tension. The iridium plugs came pre‑gapped correctly for the Trailblazer’s spec, and the spark output under load is clearly stronger than the worn OEM components they replaced.

This is for the 4.2L LS "Vortec" inline 6 motor, which comes in several different vehicles; buick rainier, chevy trailblazer, gm envoy, some others. This is the coil pack you want to go with. The OEM ones are Delphi, and Delphi has made electronics for Chevy for quite some time, just like AC Delco. You can also opt for AC Delco coils, but they're a bit more expensive. Good option Edit-- This is the one. I've tried several other brands and they all are crap except for AC Delco, Delphi, and NGK. Do not use the cheap-o coils. They simply do not last. I had a situation where I replaced one coil with a cheapo coil, and I thought my motor was knocking. Turns out, it was the coil arcing through the low-quality rubber boot. I wasted a lot of time trying to diagnose this, only to find out it was the cheap coil. So in short, save yourself some time, money and headache by paying the extra for this OEM option.

Worked as it should. Though come to find out, it was a cracked spark plug and not a faulty coil. DIAGNOIS BEFORE YOU BUY PARTS PEOPLE! My bad on this one.

I highly recommend these so far -1 month and working great. They are a moderate price, workmanship is twice as good as the cheap ones.. 2 years ago I replaced the coils with a cheap Chinese version. 2 years and 2 months later I had 3 fail. I had to pay for a computer diagnosis, because I thought it was something else. I replaced all of them along with the spark plugs (should be mandatory). The coils are easy to replace, but the spark plugs on number 1 and 2 cylinders are tough without a swiveling, thin walled 6"magnetic spark plug wrench. If you are going to change the plugs just buy the wrench, don't start he project without one. The first time I changed the coils and plugs without the proper tool I regretted it. Make sure you put anti-seize grease on the spark plug threads or you may never get them out again

Uff totally worth it , I tried other brand ,and I can says it's a big difference, definitely gonna buy a few more Delphi OEM part

I have an old GMC Envoy SLT with the I-6 (4200 Vortec) that just won't die. This thing is as rock solid of a motor as they come. Unfortunately the coil packs occasionally go bad. These are excellent quality replacements. Started vehicle up, cleared the codes I was getting and she's purring like a kitten again. 150,000+ miles and she's still going strong. These match the OEM Coil Packs exactly. Don't buy anything else -- you really do get what you pay for. These are good quality. I wouldn't trust the reliability of my vehicle to cheap Chinese parts and neither should you.
