A: Hello, the charger in the USA is rated for 120V 50/60Hz operation in the USA. Kind regards, JCB Tools Team.

**Q: Do this set comes with the chuck and the bits ??**
A: Yes and yes. Although it does not specify in the description, it did, in fact, come with four masonry bits and a nice conventional chuck. The bits are SDS plus and must be used without the rubber chuck, or you'll ruin it. They fit directly into the SDS locking chuck attached to the drill and described on pages 11 and 15 of the Instruction and User's Manual. DSL

**Q: Will this chisel up floor tile**

Good quality for the price works great so far much better than the hammer drill I was using.

The battery is fully charged but on any setting, the tool works at the beginning then stops. Press the trigger and it will work again for a few seconds then stops. The return period is over after over 30 days. This is the only 3rd time I used the tool. So sad. I wasted my hard earned money.
