Yes, it is made for Mag Safe charging. Also can charge with lightning cable or with Qi charger.

Does this case come with the MagSafe charger itself, or is it merely compatible with it?

Nope. The charger "cable" with the magnet is another $39.00, and then there's the charging brick you need for the cable. Not a cheap proposition to go all-in on Magsafe right now. :-(

Does this case cover the entire phone or just the back

Back and sides with the exception of a small gap at the bottom where the lightning port is and the opening on the back for the camera.

Is this case compatible to the apple iphone 11?

Nope. It's sized for a iPhone 12--the mini model at that--no chance an iPhone 11 is going in there.
