A useful, seemingly well-built product
A useful, seemingly well-built product. Inflates & deflates very quickly; note: you need an electrical outlet. My sister with serious back pain slept on this for 3 nights; she recommended it highly. As seems to be an concern with this type of product, you need "deep" sheets; I ordered a set of fasteners to hold my sheets, but they only worked "ok".

OVERALL IMPRESSION Would definitely recommend over the non-memory foam queen version
OVERALL IMPRESSIONWould definitely recommend over the non-memory foam queen version, which is itself a great air mattress. The extra bit of cushioning the foam provides has been the difference from drifting-off-to-sleep to tossing and turning another hour.MY PRIOR PRODUCT EXPERIENCESMuch of this review compares to my previous experience with the prior version of this mattress, the Quick Luxe, which follows.I have been a long time customer of Comfort Boulevard, purchasing a couple of the Quick Luxe queen size air mattresses over the last 2.5 years. During that time, I decided to make the air mattress my only bed, as it was much more comfortable than my box spring. The average lifetime for me is one/yr, which was my goal (purchased one in Feb’14, another in Sept’14, and they lasted until Jan’2016, when I needed to purchase another).QUALITY/DURABILITY/USEFrom the beginning, I was impressed with the ease of inflation (built-in pump), deflation, and the solidity of the material. The vinyl feels heavy in a good way. The mattress held air well for months, without having to do more than add air every couple days. Even with my cat, the product has performed better than I ever would have expected for an air mattress, especially having slept on it every night for months. That being said, pinholes are inevitable. The manufacturer kindly includes a few vinyl patches and a tube of sealer. It’s an ok kit but Coghlan’s airstop is just too good, which I tend to use instead.Keep in mind this is a product with a finite life: one year for me on average. If this is for occasional use, and if you follow the manufacturer’s tips, expect better life. The cost comparison for me was as follows. Air mattress is $90/year vs basic spring mattress of refutable quality at ($300to$500)/(2to10years). At that rate, you can afford to go through 4-6 air mattresses during the typical life of a spring mattress and still come out on top.SELLER SERVICE/RESPONSEFULNESSSince this product potentially affects a critical aspect of someone’s health, it is worth noting the manufacturer has demonstrated a commitment to really take care of you. For me personally, that has been several ways. Such as:-Foresight to include a full patch kit-When my mattress did develop a difficult leak (7months for this first one, may have been affected by cat early on or an overfill), and I ordered a new one, the manufacturer rushed it to me, at no additional cost, because of my plight (even during the holidays). When I had time to experiment with downed first mattress, I was able to revive it for several more months.-This last time of need, when I ordered a third one and received a mattress that actually had a manufacturing defect, the owner of the company personally called me to help with troubleshooting. After some time discussing many helpful tips and explaining a common fix for the problem I was experiencing, the owner issued a full refund, with my choice of several other options. Once he received my decision via email, the seller immediately shipped my choice (the foam topper version) on his own dime (cost of mattress plus shipping) in order to not let a weekend go by with one of his customers left on the cold, hard floor to sleep. This amazed me, as I’ve never experienced a manufacturer taking on a risk to himself for my behalf before.CONCLUDING THOUGHTSI have not been disappointed in my decision to buy products from this company. I’m awed by how far the technology has advanced in air mattresses since I was a kid (remember manually blowing up one or those awkward external pumps?) and this is reflected in the Quick Luxe product line. If you’re on the fence between the basic queen and the memory-foam topper version, I’d recommend the memory-foam version. It’s worth it for just how relaxing it feels on the back.

Love the memory foam
This air mattress is really comfortable. In the past I always bought the Cheap little air mattresses from the department stores, usually they didn't last long or got lost somehow. My mom referred to this as the Cadillac of air mattresses and she may be right. What I like the most is that it sits higher Off the ground than those old ones I used, it like 2 of those old ones stacked on top one another. What sets this apart from any other air mattress though is the memory Foam

Just what we wanted...
My mother came to visit and she used this mattress for a little over one week. Based on that use, I offer the following two observations regarding my initial (and favorable) impression. First, we did not need to add air to the mattress at any point during her stay. I attribute this to not only the quality of the mattress, but also because I followed the instructions to inflate and deflate the mattress a couple of times before use to make sure that the materials were properly stretched and "prepped" for use. Second, the foam topper is thick enough to take away the vinyl or rubbery feel and noise I have noticed with other non-covered mattresses, but thin enough to make the bed easy to fold and store after use.In addition to my initial impressions stated above, there are also a few specific things I really like about this mattress: the integrated air pump, the foam topper zipper compartment and the overall height. The integrated pump is very convenient and simple to operate for both inflating and deflating the bed. I also like that the foam topper is enclosed in a separate zipper compartment, so it can be removed for cleaning or replacement if needed. Regarding the height of the mattress, my mother had no problems getting in and out of the bed, and once inflated it has the look and feel of a regular bed.Regarding the customer service offered by Comfort Boulevard... Being a bit of a procrastinator, I waited until the last minute to place my order. However, Patrick at Comfort Boulevard made certain that the order was processed and shipped in time for the arrival of my mother, and he followed up to make sure everything was good with the delivery. Reading the other reviews, this outstanding customer service seems to be what everyone can expect when dealing with Comfort Boulevard, and was one of the major reasons I decided on this mattress. In conclusion, although we have only used this mattress once for a little over a week, I can say that based on my mother's very positive feedback, the noted features, as well as the outstanding customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend this mattress.
