Can somebody tell me how much do those add to the vehicle clearance? Thanks in advance

I just put a tape measure onto the ramps and came up with the following - 6.5 inches tall, 10 inches wide, 35 inches long. Note that the tall/wide measurements were taken to the actual area where the tire sits. There is about an additional 1 to 2 inches plastic lip on the sides and back that cradle the tire once it's firmly at the top of the ramp. Manufacturer may use the outside dimensions but those don't tell you the true usability. In all honesty, they don't raise the car as much as you might think but they are fine for light duty.

Is there a difference in height/clearance between the 12k# model and the 16k#max model or are the both 6inch clearance?

As far as I can determine, the height is the same. The difference is the maximum weight each set can hold. J.D.

USAExcellent RampsNot as fearful with these as other brandI bought these to replace another brand I bought from HF that scared me because the plastic was brittle and pieces of ramp would crack off.... Always use jack stands just in case

How tell are these ramps

They are light and get the job done. I have had many metal ramps that were a pain to lug around. Also my car is low to the ground, and these work great. Not many ramps will do the job cause of the low height, unless you want to shell out a lot of money. these are worth every penny it in my mind.
