Excellent flavor. It makes making curry easy.
This is listed as hot curry, but it isn't. It has some spice, but nothing that I would call spicey. That out of the way, the flavor is great. We used this to make some yellow curry with Jasmine rice. It was fantastic. My recommendation is to add this twice. First when you start cooking. Let it simmer, then again about 10 minutes before you take it off the heat. The aroma is a terrific curry smell. I will use this again for sure.
