Can you use it on eyelashes and brows?

Found on Walmart description of this oil: Directions: 1. HAIR GROWTH GREASE: Apply the castor oil directly onto the hair from the tips of the hair to the roots. Leave castor oil on as a grease. Repeat weekly for the best results.2. HOT OIL HAIR TREATMENT: Warm up the castor oil in a small cup or bowl. Warm up a sufficient amount to cover the entire hair. After applying the oil, cover the hair with a cap and let sit for 30 minutes. Repeat weekly for best results. 3. EYEBROW/EYELASH GROWTH TREATMENT: Apply the oil directly onto eyelashes and/or eyebrows. Be careful not to get oil in your eyes. Leave the oil on. Repeat this daily for the best results. Results should show up in about 1 month. 4. SKIN MOISTURIZER & ELIMINATE STRETCH MARKS: Apply an ample amount of oil directly onto the desired skin area and massage in. Leave the oil on, do not rinse off. Can be repeated daily or as much as desired.

Can this oil used for Asian people?

Anyone can use this oil, however, it is really thick and only requires a drop or two. I use it because my skin and hair, being Black, is really dry and it works wonderfully for that condition. It may be a little too heavy of an oil for an Asian person. But you can try it and find out.
