About what you would expect from a kit like this. All the parts were there, it had instructions. Not great instructions...didn't quite look as advertised when finished and required watching some YouTube videos on the way. It wasn't awful but it's a little too much for a kid to do (you will end up doing it too, and also being a little frustrated) and a little too cheap looking for an adult craft. I wouldn't return it, but I wouldn't buy it again. It would have been better just to buy the cheap materials, watch videos, practice, and buy nicer materials when you got the hang of it.
