Question 1

Replacement clip? what size? - i can’t find the size as the male portion of all of these fall off. any guidance?

Accepted Answer

Just standard clip and buckle, maybe 0.7". You can buy a replacement at the local bike store. I bought this kids helmet for my granddaughter the year before as her Christmas present. She likes its shiny color and it still works well. So I guess it probably won't come off that easily. And they seem to have a warranty but i'm not sure the exact time limit. You can try to contact the seller.

Question 2

Hi, which color is more recommended for an 8 year old girl please? I want to buy this kids helmet for my niece as a birthday gift.

Accepted Answer

Ask your niece what colors she likes. What color is her bike or scooter?? Ask your sister or brother what they think. Good on you for caring about your niece but yer seriously overthinkin' this. Great helmet by the way. The single knob sizing adjustability is
really convenient.

Question 3

Do you have same purple color adult size?

Accepted Answer

Hi,dear customer. At present, the styles of adult helmets and youth helmets in our store are mainly simple and generous solid colors series. This purple kids bike helmet is temporarily not available in adult sizes. But at the end of May, our design team has designed 4 new color styles for adults, youth and children, and has started large-scale production. You can pay attention to the launch of new products. Enjoy your life!🤗
