Q: I have atrial fibrillation. Will this device tell me my blood pressure in spite of this? (my current omron one does not)

The BP Monitor will display values, but the measurement, including Heart Rate and Blood Pressure, may be inaccurate or impossible under circumstances as below: - with excessive and continuous patient movement such as shivering or convulsions; - if a regular arterial pressure pulse is hard to detect; - with cardiac arrhythmias; - with rapid blood pressure changes; - with severe shock or hypothermia that reduces blood flow to the peripheries; - on a edematous extremity. We suggest that you could use ECG Machine to get more accurate information of your heart condition.

Q: My unit won't connect to the bluetooth on my phone (samsung s10), i have the app and i am logged in. it shows as a bluetooth device but can't pair.

No it doesn't. When connected to your mobile phone via bluetooth, it records the readings on your phone. so you have a history of your readings.

Q: Does this support more than one User and, will it link to the Apple Health app?

It couldn't link to the Apple Health app, however, it has inbuilt storage and also connects to the phone through the app which helps you track the Blood Pressure Rate over a longer period of time. The app is intuitive and provides lots of detailed information about the BP levels.
