Nice taste and works
Brought this as I was so tired, can't say I've noticed a difference in that but the spray tastes nice and recent blood test showed my B12 had gone up so clearly works.

A good vitamin
I take this vitamin every day it taste nice and it works. It’s easy just to squirt it into your mouth every morning take seconds and there’s no swallowing back tablets because it’s in a spray it gets to your bloodstream much quicker..

One dose is 8 sprays
One does is 8 sprays and it’s incredibly sweet. Haven’t noticed a change in my energy levels or a boost to my mood. Not good value for money as you need to use so many sprays for one dose. Any energy probably comes from the high sugar content!

I have used these drops for a long time. They seem to work well, I took them for the relief tiredness Spray works well and they are pleasant to taste.
