Nice taste, seems to work. Spray nozzle gets a little sticky but a quick rinse under the tap after use is all thats needed.

I can’t comment on how effective the vitamins are. I was finding them easy to take and they were quite sweet with a peculiar flavour that tasted a bit like medicine. I deliberately chose liquid B12 as I struggle to swallow tablets and the ridiculously large capsules. A blood test showed vitamin B12 deficiency, despite taking vitamins tablets and dissolvable tablets daily. I was advised to buy over the counter B12 vitamin supplements. I read that the absorption is better and faster in liquid form, so thought I would try this product. I think they were working, but haven’t used them long enough to notice much benefit. Unfortunately, I dropped the the bottle, which is made of glass, which shattered and my expensive vitamins poured out. Not only that, but a tiny chard of glass cut my finger and I think it is still embedded under the skin a month later.It would be better if the glass bottle was either shatterproof glass or made of some sort of food safe plastic, which is why I've rated it 4 star. I will probably order more, but am currently using another brand that dissolves under the tongue.

I have used these drops for a long time.They seem to work well, I took them for the relief tirednessSpray works well and they are pleasant to taste.

One does is 8 sprays and it’s incredibly sweet. Haven’t noticed a change in my energy levels or a boost to my mood. Not good value for money as you need to use so many sprays for one dose.Any energy probably comes from the high sugar content!

Worked really well

Got this because we don't like taking pills and vitamin pills tend to give me indegestion. It has a lovely fruity taste but because you have to use 8 sprays it's hard not to swallow it straight away.Can't say whether it's working but I've definitely felt more cheerful the last few days since I've been using it.
