I'm a beginner on ukulele- although I'm already a musician. I wanted an inexpensive instrument that had what I needed and worked well. The tuner is very easy to use, the strap is durable and stylish, and it plays nicely. I got the lighter color of the two- I feel like it looks less cheap in that color. The case comes with 2 picks, however they're poor quality. I'd suggest ordering your own picks along with ordering the uke. Picks are only a few dollars a pack. That is, if you choose to use a pick at all. The carrier bag is lovely. It's easy to carry around and looks professional. I hope this helps! If you're just starting out this is the perfect instrument that will have everything you need to get started and the quality is good enough to last you a while. That way you can have a decent instrument and also see if the uke is something you want to continue pursuing!!!!

I am a beginner player. I didn’t want to invest a lot of money into an instrument I was unsure I would stick with. After researching several options, I chose this ukulele in the concert size. It took a while to arrive, over a month from the day I purchased it, but it arrived in perfect condition. It is beautiful! Not as light as the listing photos show, but gorgeous nonetheless. I checked the frets and none are sharp or uncomfortable. It sounds great and has stayed in tune for each of my 1-2 hour practice sessions. The tuner works perfectly! I wish I had one of these tuners years ago when I played in my school orchestra. The ukulele comes with free online lessons which I follow in addition to tutorials on other websites. I may replace the strap for something a bit more my style, the the provided one is comfortable and durable. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase!

having lived in Hawaii and having played the uke for over 20 years, this is a descent instrument for a new player. Its price point is good for a beginner uke that plays ok. it lacks the full rich sound of a more expensive instrument, but that is not what I bought it for. if your looking for a inexpensive beginners instrument this works fine

This uke is very nice for learning and playing with a group.

Ukulele was given as a Christmas gift. It was used two days and kept safe in its provided case. I open the case to use it again and it is completely broken. The strings and the wood piece that holds the strings completely fell off! It has only been a month and no longer able to be returned. Do not waste your money on this product. I thought it was going to be a good purchase according to the reviews but I was wrong.

If you only need it one year then this is for you. Opened it up from the case one day and it was broken.

I picked this instruments after watching a lot of reviews online and I was not disappointed. The craftsmanship is very good, no sharp edges on the frets, smooth varnished wood, beautiful colour. This package is a great value for the money. It comes with a tuner, a strap and an extra set of strings, which is more than what you need to get started playing the ukulele. It keeps tune very well and I barely have to tune it every time I pick it up. I can't say anything about the sound, as I've only been playing for a few months, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to learn.

I purchased this tenor ukulele after having a soprano uke for years and never played. Being a guitar player, I found the soprano uke too small to play comfortably. This tenor uke is a dream. The wood grain is gorgeous. It has a slightly rounded back and produces a beautiful sound. Now that the strings have stretched, it stays in tune with very little adjusting. For a beginner or intermediate uke player, it is well built instrument. It comes with a nice case, an extra set of strings... I would totally recommend. I am very happy with my purchase.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product. Once the strings were worked in (stretched) the uke stays in tune very well. The intonation is quite precise. I’m still confused to why the price is so low for such a quality instrument. I’m tempted to buy another one just because the price is so low for such a quality instrument.
