Organic Raw Pecans

I was very surprised how much I liked this flour. I’ve had snack tigernuts before and didn’t care much for them. But due to dietary restrictions I thought that I would try this flour. I made tigernut pancakes with macadamia nut milk, quail eggs, safflower oil, liquid monk fruit sweetener, sea salt, baking soda, and arrowroot flour. They were delicious! Zero histamines, low to zero lectins or oxylates. I freeze them and reheat in the microwave. I eat about 5 small pancakes per meal so they are liver safe as well as low glycemic. I was wondering how they are considering digestion and was really pleased that not only were they filling but I experienced no digestive discomfort. I did not experience any heavy feeling, bloating or cramping. In conclusion I will be buying more of this flour and will be making crackers, tortilla wraps, and biscuits soon! If you have dietary restrictions or not I highly recommend this flour.

Nice a fresh pecans.

I know pecans are a little on the pricier side if you compare the size for the money but I love this brand. They come fresh and they’re super tasty. I use it to make milk so the 11oz is smaller than I’d like but it is what it is. I know I’m paying for my health and that makes it worth it.

These pecans are delicious. I have often found that store bought pecan pieces (along with other nut varieties), were stale or even bordering on rancid, and I didn’t know it until I had these! The bag is stiff enough to protect the nuts from being crushed, and the reseal works well. They were fresh, whole pieces that have made a tasty addition to my raw trail mix. I will buy these again, for mixes, salads and for baking!

Big pieces. Fresh and good quality. Better than store bought.

They are large with nice color. As such, they would display well atop baked goods. Nice chew, but they are a bit laid back in the flavor arena when it comes to snacking out of the bag.

Why is there a sticker over the expiration date that extends the old date by 2 months? Fishy, indeed. Terrasoul, will you explain, please?
