Wheels - where is the "pin"? do i need a strong tool to fix the wheels. there are no instructions as this rate i shall have to send it bak.

The "pin" is the spring retention clip in the plastic moulding of the wheels assembly that is pushed onto the axle rod and then the spring clip should drop into the recess in the end of the axle rod. You may need to pull out the spring clip slightly to push on the wheels assembly, the clip will drop into the recess so retaining everything on the axle rod. Can someone please tell me the measurement from the floor to the top of the handle? (I am tall and worry about stooping)

the handle is adjustable but once extended to its full length its` not very strong. sorry i dont know the measurements. its a long time since i had one of these and to be honest i would`nt reccomend them

Is this strong enough to pull a disabled person sitting on it up a short flight of stairs?

I would say no, the wheels are plastic and held on by a ring that the wheels clip on....I carry 2kilos of chicken food but would not risk a person...I'm sure there are stronger ones....

Are the wheels noisy when pulled along?

If you are pulling along on concrete then yes, but if using on vinyl flooring then not so much. Very sturdy, can carry a lot and bag is insulate. It has rucksack/back pack style straps so can be used without the trolley and will keep things cool for picnics. Handy seat if waiting for Mr or Mrs... Highly recommended!!
