Hasbro Iron Man Movie Satellite Armor Iron Man Action Figure [Silver Armor]

From the Kid: (Age 9) It's $[...] so you'd think it's made pretty good. But actually it's leg is bent, he can't hold his gun, the solar powered backpack falls off when he flies and his head pops off. It's a good toy but has a lot of downsides to it. I forgot something, his blaster thingy won't stay on his arm very well. I've enjoyed seeing his repulsers on his hands, that he is solar powered, his jet boots and that's pretty much it except for he is the right size for defending my sisters' dolls. From Mom: We got this at Target as a treat. No sooner was the package opened in the car then my boy said the knee is bent. It looks like Iron Man has a bow leg! That prevents the toy from standing up on hard surfaces during play as other figures can. Within a few hours the head popped off and my son is learning a lesson about how poorly toys are made these days (He is awesome about caring for toys, so this is NOT about him being rough...at nine is very aware of how to be careful). My brother still has all his action guys from the 80's and they still work well. My boy is learning that things are not made as well anymore even though they cost a lot more! He carefully chose this toy as he enjoys comic books to the nth degree (thus his knowledge of jet boots and such....it is his imagination that makes this toy a fun addition). He carefully chose this toy to "fit" with his twin sisters toys as they all enjoy playing together. He also thinks it is cool that Stark is human who used intelligence and creativity to create a power suit. Again...this toy is great for imagination powered fun, it simply has pieces that don't work as well as anticipated. If you are a collector (and never take it out of the box!) you will thoroughly enjoy this toy.

Happy New Year Amazon customers. This is one of my favorite Iron Man suits. So I guess other than his chest repulsor he's solar powered. The satellite plates see-through plastic remind me of the clear plastic on Animated Lugnut's cockpit. This is sometimes confused with the Stealth Operations Iron Man (aka Warmachine). This is a cool figure. This is one of 2 Iron Man figures I really wanna get. This and Captain America Iron Man. This is again a repaint of the Mark 3 and the gun is a re-release of the gun that comes with Titanium Man. So I guess this is the suit Stark wears to listen to the radio while he is flying.
