Is this bed safe to use for an infant? or is it to squishy? also how durible is this bed... will it last 10 years

The mattress is fairly firm, more so on the waterproof side. I would expect it to last several years as long as it is taken care of (no jumping on the bed).

Does this have Fiber glass in it?

No. In fact, my son loved it so much, I bought one for my in-laws. HOWEVER, it is a VERY FIRM mattress. I sleep on a separate double pillow top mattress with my wife.
