How to know if seller is selling pure manuka honey?

The UMF rating is a very good start. If you look for a list of UMF licensed honeys from New Zealand, any on that list should be a pretty safe bet. Regarding comvita, is is generally regarded as one of the best. A 15+ UMF rating is highly active and medicinal.

the honey is in glass bottle or in plastic bottle?

Mine arrived on 10.16.14 and is in a plastic bottle.

Why is your honey much cheaper than the price on Comvita official website?

We were able to secure inventory before a large price increase earlier this year, so we are passing the lower prices on to our customers. We are focusing primarily on the East Cape UMF honey, which provides an excellent value.

I don't see anything about it being "active" on the label. All info I research states it must state "active" is it stated as such?

I dont know if its active..but my ulcers are gone..and I had 3 in my esophagus and 4 in my stomach..and in less than a month ..gone....cant beat that..
