## Description

The idea to create a bar with sea salted almonds was simple enough at the beginning, but getting the almonds to have the right amount of salt proved tricky. We settled on a new method of using distilled sea water from our friends at Saltverk in the Westfjords of Iceland. By tossing the hot roasted almonds in the sea water, we got just the right amount of saltiness.

Review: Worth it! - We saw this on a netflix travel food show with zac effron, so my husband and I thought why not! It is a bit pricey for a Chocolate Bar, but really it was so good! We put it in the freezer, yum! The seller wrapped it in ice packs and thermal packaging so it stood up to the heat during shipping. It's got a great design and very high quality packaging which made the price seem easier to accept for a novelty order. The taste is smooth and subtle, and salty! I'd recommend it!

I am not even icelandik just love the idea..so searched for icelandic chocolate and found these. just look closely at flavors as chocolate and licorice is a big treat in Scandinavia countries. all other flavors are AWESOME.
