Within an hour of taking my first dose, I felt a very positive effect. This is day four writing this review. Consider this is my experience, I am not saying it will be yours. The effect most pronounced is hard to describe. But it feels like you have been carrying a weight around so long you are used to it, and suddenly that weight is lifted off of you. I am 65 yrs old, have chronic pain in neck, back and joints. I have slowed down drastically in the last 2 yrs. After just the first pill it renewed my energy and made me feel light, and seemed to make my pain meds work a lot better. I honestly feel 10 yrs younger when the daily dose takes effect. And it lasts about 8 hrs. I don't need as much pain med using this. I am truly amazed at the difference this supplement makes. I have been taking ashwagandha for a number of year with different companies product. I like this 5 in 1 premium version for several reasons, primarily because it works. The second reason is it's only one capsule needed per day. My memory is great. The other ingredients are helpful so I don't need to buy more supplements. The price is a little high but taking the 5 in 1 and that it works balances out the cost. I will continue to purchase this product as long as I remember to do so. I found through some research that taking ashwagandha at night helps with sleep, but it doesn't have this affect if taken in the am. Although I am not a chemist, the ingredients appear natural.
