This is such a great product with a strong smoke flavor. It does not have caramel coloring, which is a questionable ingredient for me. Don't be fooled by the light color though, it brings great smoke flavor with just a couple of dashes!

Adds the BBQ taste to side dishes without the having to clean the grill. I learned the habit from my father; if you want to have some beans or other side dishes, but have a small grill, a dash if liquid smoke will jazz them up just enough. Lately everything t the store has added ingredients, mostly sweeteners, to jazz it up, but that can mess up a recipe. This one is pure condensed smoke.

I don't know about this. Anything to do with burned meats and smoke, as far as I'm concerned, has something to do with carcinogens. Burned meat contains carcinogenic material. That's confirmed that any reliable resource on the web. After extensive research, I came up with this product as the most benign. When I grill turkey and chicken (I don't use beef or pork), along with the other flavors I use, I sometimes miss that smoky flavor. I've only used this once, and it required more products than I was comfortable using to really achieve the smoky nuance. I'm still experimenting. When I get more data and experience, I'll come back and give you a backstory. Until then, I feel safe enough experimenting with it.

We all love liquid smoke in our family.We had used a couple different brands, but always seemed to return tothe same one. I saw this one on Amazon, and saw the great reviews.I wondered how great a liquid smoke could really be...Well, there is only one way to find out - order some!I thought it was pretty high priced, but I'd at least try it once.I have become a repeat customer!This is a great liquid smoke! It only tastes like smoke (the grilled kind, not tobacco kind).Most of the others we have tried (and liked) have a flavor base of a certain type of wood,or even a certain food. There is one we buy from a restaurant supply that is bacon flavored.They all have their place, but sometimes, you just want to bring out the smokey notes in a dish.This is the liquid smoke for you then. No additional flavors!So far, I've tried it with hamburger, roast, chicken, pasta salad and deviled eggs.It just works. Very tasty.My only advice is to use a light hand when adding this. It is stronger than you might think.You can always add more, but you can't take it back out! It is very concentrated, and a teaspoonof this is like two of other brands.Well done.

I just received this and haven't used it yet. It does smell good, which I found out when I opened the delivery box. Like many other people have complained about, it leaked. Thankfully the bubble wrap contained the leakage and the bottle wasn't broken. The black plastic seal was still intact as well. After cleaning the bottle, I smell like a campfire. LOL

Lowest number of ingredients. Simple. Good.

This smoke is one of the purest available. It has no extra ingredients like onions and can be used for cheese making. The smoke flavor is strong, so a tiny bit goes a long way`

So far the best liquid smoke flavour I have come across. It is Hickory-so it adds a wood smoke, not sweet smoke taste. It is important to me that the product does not have weird/artificial ingredients and this brand is all natural. These drops are very useful when cooking to add an enhanced BBQ like flavour. I am using to flavour vegan dishes. Bottle is glass and contains 5oz, which will last a very long time. Purchased June 2019-expiry date is Sept 2020.

This product adds a wonderful smoke flavour to my homemade jerky. Also a nice addition to burgers. I love that it is natural and not an artificial flavouring. I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.
