It offered pretty nice compression for varicose veins. But, after a month of wearing them about every other day, both feet have holes in the heels. I washed carefully and put on inside out per the instructions, so pretty disappointed by the holes.I used to use the jobst knee high socks daily, until my varicose veins traveled north. The socks are great, I’ve had them for two pregnancies and they still offer enough support. These stockings are thinner, weirdly itchy compared to the socks, and the holes are an issue.

These hose are effective. I got them after noticing a few vericose veins starting during my pregnancy. I first tried some thigh highs in another brand (bought from a medical supply store) that kept falling down. The Jobst stays up pretty well, and after wearing them almost every day for the last few months, I have not developed any new vericose veins. They are not particularly comfortable, and are a pain to get on and off, but I'm pretty sure that's necessary for them to work properly.

I was a little disappointed in the quality of the stockings, my fingers went through them multiple times on the first wear. The sender was excellent in sending me out another pair immediately, great customer service! But once again I have holes in those stockings as well after the first wear:( Not sure what the issue is?

I've bought these before with a previous pregnancy and they tore immediately. But for this one I was so desperate for relief I bought them again (two pairs). This time, though, I happened to read the instruction insert. I was putting them on incorrectly and that's why they ripped. If you put them on inside out (like a snake putting its shed skin back on) it works beautifully! And no tears! They also suggest wearing rubber gloves to even out the stockings and prevent tears. I love these stockings and don't know what I would do without them.

I have bought so many of these hose that I cannot count them. While I was pregnant, I was thankful that Jobst had the maternity size option in XL. The hose fit just as expected (as they normally do), but with the extra room around the tummy. Of course, I always seem to pull a run in the hose too quickly, but I do love them still.

I received this product and tried them on just to see if they fit and there was already a hole in the crotch area. I never actually wore them and they are not a product that can be returned. Very disappointing especially since they cost $75. Definitely would not recommend.

I am 5'3" and wore these on a plane at 5 months and the tummy panel felt like it wasn't quite high enough. It kept slipping down a few inches but I still much prefer these to the thigh-highs. Other than that small issue, these felt wonderful and really combated fatigue.

Very disappointed, back seam of panty part of hose ripped after few weeks of wear. Correct size was ordered and worn. These hose provide excellent support but should certainly last longer than a few weeks.
