Quality product that I have had positive results with
I have been using TMG caps to help with blood pressure. To reduce the amount of pills I take I decided to try this product. This has worked much better than the caps as far as blood pressure control. Once my caps are gone I will be switching to this product.

Nutricost tests all their products. Read!
Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many,many days on supplements. Read below! I love that Nutricost tests all their products. You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this. An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea. Make sure to look up Third Party Heavy Metal Spice test results, you will find a few lists of which brands are okay to buy. Mixes easily and a great value for pure TMG
I’ve been using this TMG powder for about a month now and it’s a solid product. The powder has a great consistency and the mixability is excellent, it dissolves completely in just a few stirs with water or juice. The taste is a bit tart if you drink it plain, but it's totally fine when mixed into a pre-workout or smoothie. The included scoop size makes it easy to get an accurate dose every time. I haven't noticed any weird digestive side effects at all. Getting 500 grams at this price point is an incredible value compared to buying capsules. Highly recommend if you want pure Betaine Anhydrous.

Smaller than expected but you get exactly whats advertised
Aside from the product being late and it being smaller than I expected I give this product five stars. I'll take it for a few weeks and if it effective I'll update this review. I'm back giving an update on this product and it's effectiveness. I took this product for about a month and I definitely got results. It was nothing too dramatic but I'm about to cycle back on it after being all for 3 weeks to see if it's worth it.

Was surpised at how much was sent!
Have not really noticed any effects yet but noticed others saying the stuff stinks after awhile. Throw a few more food safe desiccant bags in with it and it will not do that. I'm on month 2 in humid Florida with mine and no bad smell yet.
