Great product with perfect resistance
The band is great with lots of flexibility. Worked for around 2 years until it randomly snapped mild workout. But very good while it lasted! Totally recommend for beginners or anyone wanting a more complex exercise

Broke at one of the handle points within 6 months after use
The cost of this band is high-the band itself and design lend itself to concern for durability-the one we purchased in October 2023 broke while my husband was using it-the break is at one of the connections with the built-in handles rendering this band useless for his workout exercise. He uses the band after reverse shoulder operation with good results to strengthen his operative shoulder. He is now out 1.5 years from the original surgery. He uses this band along with others on a daily basis.

Fun overall body workout, tho'....
I've bought many for friends and family! Fun overall body workout, tho' there should be 10 loops in order to center the band when each foot is in a loop !

This band can snap as mine did. nearly took my eye out.

Poor durability
That was the second time that I ordered this product. I found out that you have bad luck when you terabandis not properly fused together, especially by the loops. My first teraband only lasted me not even a monthbefore it got torn apart - so I had to order a second teraband (gold).Sorry for that negative comment !
