Great clips holding dashcam wire
I used these clear clips to route the wire from a dashcam mounted behind the rearview mirror. The clips were small enough to be hidden along the windshield edge - only the wire was visible. The adhesive strongly attached the clips to glass, hard plastic and metal. The clips did not hold to the vinyl dash. I broke incorrectly placed a clip trying to remove it. The glue bond was strong. After removal, no glue residue remained. I looked at other clips because I did not need 50. I am very pleased with these clips. Now I have extra clips for other uses.

As described
They are a bit brittle and the adhesion could be better

Love the clear, well camouflaged along the edge of the ceiling
Just wish clasp/clamp pressure were just slightly tighter; I am using them to hold a 30 ft string of tiny led lights and occasionally if I accidentally rub up against the portion that drops down from the ceiling, it can come loose from the clip. I hung them around my office area in my apartment (currently still working from home due to COVID-19) and have rearranged my desk, filing cabinet, plant stand, etc a couple of times and inevitability I will brush up along a portion of the string and it comes out of the clamp. Probably works great for larger wires/cables. Still love them and would recommend them. I noticed a couple other reviews before I purchased them and there were complaints about separating the little piece of (red) plastic that covers the sticky portion, but it really isnโt difficult. Once you get the first one pulled away, the rest are a breeze. The piece of plastic is incredibly thin so it kind of throws you off at first but once you recognize that it is super thin, you stop trying to go lower than necessary to locate the edge of the plastic. They have a super strong adhesive and of the two I had to remove due to my error in placement, the paint did come away from the wall and stuck to the clip adhesive. I wouldnโt recommend trying to use them for a temporary project, seasonal decor, etc. But as I wrote above, the clear are definitely camouflaged and just blend in with the wall/ceiling so you could just leave them up year-round and swap out as needed! ๐ฅฐ

They stick....up to a point.
I was using these to attach my charging cable to my nightstand next to my bed. I had to use the cable elsewhere in my house, and when i tried to pull it out of the clips, it wouldn't come. The cable was held tight in the clip, which is a good thing, I guess. But I ended up actually pulling the clip off the table itself, and once I did that, it wouldn't stick anymore. The point is, they will hold your cable nicely, but once you pull the clip of of whatever surface they were attached to, you lose the adhesion ability of the clip. So, I will use these anywhere where I know I'm not going to move the cables in the future and they will be fine. I liked that they are clear, so they aren't obtrusive when you put them on a cabinet or wall. They are small too, they will only hold one cable at a time so if you are trying to secure multiple cables, you'll need one clip for each one. I have used them around the house in a few places to secure wires and such, and they are holding up fine. So far, I have just stuck them to wooded surfaces, and when I did pull it off the night stand, it didn't leave any residue or marks. These will probably be really good to attach Christmas lights to windows, I will be trying that once the season starts. The value is good, you get 50 of the clips in the bag. I am somewhat satisfied with the purchase, but don't see a need to purchase more of them since there are so many in the bag.

Used this for an antenna cable - no issues, recommended
Used this as I needed to set up an antenna in my window and needed to string the cables on the wall and ceiling. I wiped them first with isopropyl alcohol - then stuck them after an hour - and waited for a day before putting the cables. I also have these same holders in black for my computer desk. No complaints - though as recommended by the manufacturer I did wait for a day before putting the cables in. Too bad that the antenna cable was black - these transparent ones are a good fit with white paint. Good value for the money and cant beat the one day shipping from Amazon

These clips will not support a Coax cable
When I purchased these clips, I was under the impression that they were of general purpose for all wire purposes, they aren't. These tiny clips barely fit a coax cable, but it can be done. The big problem is that they won't support the weight or rigidity of a coax cable when they are press against the wall. Too small a pad area and very little adhesive to adhere to anything for very long. Might be good for phone wire or speaker wire (Monster ?). IDK.

Perfect solution for routing cables
The clips seem to hold just fine. Routing 1 ehternet cable was piece of cake. Is a little difficult to remove the plastic cover from the adhesive, the design is sturdy, so clipping the cable sometimes resulted in sore fingers and nails.
