is this just the grill or is it the full plastic and grill

This is the full unit. Plastic Channel with Galv Grate.

Can it be supplied with black plastic grate?

Yes you can but they have changed the design it is now CD422 mesh with a different top grating

This item says 6 x 1 metre lengths but in product ingormstion say pk 3 do please can uou let me know which one it it for 58 pound plz

The ones I purchased were six x l metre lengths.

Hi I need to replace the grill only. The external width of the existing grill is 130mm and the distance between the two lugs is 100mm will this fit ?
